Sound movement -->
Life improvement
I am on a mission to cultivate a sound movement.
To evoke peace, presence, and wellbeing in humanity by reconnecting humans with nature through sound.
I urge you all to go out and discover, record, and truly listen to the rustling leaves in the wind, the flowing creeks in the landscape, and the tapping rain in the trees. Just like I did, when nature salvaged me during a time where I was struggling with stress in 2024.

Purpose
It all begins with our ears.
Hearing is the first sense we acquire - and the last one we let go of.
Nature is where we come from. Staying connected to it isn’t just important - it’s life-essential. When we listen to nature we connect with the deepest roots of human nature - bringing a sense of meaning and belonging.
Furthermore, it is supportive of:
- Sleep
- Meditation
- Work situations
- Nervous system regulation
Facts
In Denmark:
- 29% have high stress levels (Sundhedsstyrelsen, 2021)
- Stress costs society a whopping 55 billion DKK a year (AE study, 2024)
- More than half of us reside in noisy urban environments increasing the risk of stress
- Stress-relieving effects of nature sounds are well documented in countless studies

Now, put on your headphones
20 of my favorite water recordings to help calm your nervous system. They’re perfect for sleep, meditation or staying focused at work.
Who I am,
what I do
This is me, and this is my treasured and trusted life companion: My Sony PCM-D100 recorder.
When I press the little red button on this instrument something miraculous happens. My thoughts stand still, my attention explodes and my ears go on a search for sounds.
I use my recorder just like someone would use their camera. To capture meaningful, moving moments and memories.
